2. Purposes of Data Processing and Legal Basis
(1) The data will be collected, stored and, if necessary, passed on by us to the extent that it is necessary in order to submit to process an application which constitutes an offer by a jobseeker to an employer in the business or public sector to establish an employment or training relationship. This will be sent by the applicant by email or post to the company. The collection, storage and transmission is therefore for the purpose of pre-contractual measures at the request of the person concerned on the basis of Article 6(1) sentence 1(b) of the DS-GVO (GDPR). Failure to provide such data may result that the applicant cannot be recruited.

3. Duration of Data Storage
 Insofar as we do not process your contact data for operational purposes, we store the data collected for an application until the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled and is no longer required or until the period of 6 month after the end of the application process. Your data will also be deleted if storage is not permitted. After expiration of this period, data collected for this procedure will be deleted or blocked if deletion is not possible.

4. Your Data Protection Rights
 You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data we have stored about you (Article 15 DS-GVO). This also applies to the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed and the purpose of the storage. Additionally, you also have the right to request: under the conditions of Article 16 DS-GVO rectification and/or, under the conditions of Article 17 DS-GVO, erasure and/or, under the conditions of Article 18 DS-GVO, restriction of processing. Furthermore, under the conditions of Article 20 of the DS-GVO, you can request a data transfer at any time - if the data is still stored with us.
In the case of processing of personal data for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest (Article 6(1) sentence 1(e) of the DS-GVO) or for the purpose of legitimate interests (Article 6(1) sentence 1(f) of the DS-BER), you can object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time with effect for the future. In the event of an objection, we are obligated to refrain from any further processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes, unless,
- there are compelling legitimate reasons for processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or

Failure to provide such data may result that no commission can be paid.

If the debt is due, the debtor is in default of debtors in accordance with $286 of the German Civil Code (BGB) due to the unsuccessful complaints.
